WORLD CLASS FACILITIES

At Go Gym we have 2 separate gym areas, Go Gym and the Elite Gym.

Go Gym includes over 40 pieces of cardio equipment, the Ladies Only Gym, the spa area with mens and ladies saunas, a steam room and a hot tub, dumbbells up to 25kg, Life Fitness weight machines, an astroturf functional area, 3 squat racks, the spin studio, the aerobics studio and over 300 free classes a month!

Our Elite Gym includes all the above plus access to an area with heavier weights aimed at serious athletes and bodybuilders, these include dumbbells up to 60kg, Hammer strength and Strive plate loaded machines, Magnum Fitness weight stacked machines and 4 olympic lifting platforms.

Twenty two high performance spin bikes with up to two classes per day

Extensive unisex resistance area, suitable for all levels from beginner to advanced

FREE WEIGHTS

Dumb bells ranging from 2kg up to 60kg. Kettlebells ranging from 4kg- 32kg

CARDIO

Wide range of cardio machines including treadmills, crosstrainers, stairmasters, assault air bikes and rowing machines

CONCEPT 2 AREA

The latest high endurance machines including rower, ski erg and bike erg

FUNCTIONAL TRAINING

Prepare your body for real life movements and activities in our functional training zone

SPA AREA
